Clinical Pilates Classes in Subiaco

Our clinical pilates classes are designed to provide you with the opportunity to have a varied workout and to meet your goals no matter what they are. We have three main types of classes all with different purposes in mind.

Before joining our classes you will need to undertake an initial assessment with a physiotherapist to address any medical and injury history as well as discuss your goals and create the ideal program for you. This initial assessment will also give you the chance to practise some pilates, meaning you don’t have to worry if you have never done it before!

All your favourite pilates exercises and repertoire will come together to create the ideal workout for you. This total-body class recruits every muscle in the body. Leading to a stronger core, better joint stability and balance. While also strengthening the abdominals, glutes and hamstrings. This is a low impact workout to help reduce load taken through your body.

Ramp up your rehab with our loaded rehabilitation classes! Weight training has the ability to improve your bone density, enhance your muscle strength, and increase your cardiovascular fitness. We will use a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and resistance bands. Set up as a circuit you will work through your own personally designed program throughout the session.

This new class is something to get excited over. The Stability Chair helps the participant achieve upper- and lower-body strength and conditioning, enhance stability and improve body control. Once again designed as a low impact class Stability Chair helps you achieve your health goals while minimising your risk of injury.
