If you have a new injury (within 3 days) and are only experiencing pain in one area, a short 30 min Acute appointment will be best suited for you.
If you have pain in more than one area, a new or worsening condition that has been present for less than 3 months, book an extended 45min Acute appointment so we can ensure we have enough time to deal with your condition.
For all other injuries or conditions that are over 3 months or have a complex history please book a 60 min Initial appointment. An hour gives us time to comprehensively examine each issue and decide the relationship between issues and devise a complete care plan to ensure your back to full health as soon as possible.
To allow us to customise your care and in order to claim on your clinical pilates sessions through private health you will require a 60 min examination appointment with a physiotherapist. This also gives our physios the opportunity to work with you to ensure your safety during exercise, design the best program for you and set goals that matter to you.
Appointment costs will vary depending on initial appointment or follow up and the length required. Please contact our client liaison team for more information.
Yes! If you are covered for the specific service you are attending we will be able to run your private health insurance at time of payment. Bring your card with you and all you will pay is the gap left over. You can call your insurance provider prior to your appointment to find out what you are covered for.
Forgot your card? No problem. Pay in full at the time of your appointment and we can send you an invoice to manually claim from your provider.
